SLAM   NIMA DINI He knows the fame is worth the practice, So he devotes himself into becoming a baller, Every time he's at the rim,  The audience roar like gorillas, Even when he shoots from distance,  The crowd corrode the silence,  Through dishes, dimes, dribbles, and double-teams, A buzz would only surround him,  As when he skated through the icy court, past the mountain of defenders, He was the one sending a message,  A message to trust the process,  As in the days prior, he was even lower than them,  But now his process has been perfected,  So the arena stomped and cheered, emphasizing his point, The team learned to become him, for a new process of their own to begin  A poem to tribute to the real 2023 NBA MVP, Joel Embiid   

  PLACE (School) NIMA DINI   Hollow hallways stretch empty through the school;  Birds cheer up the sun to get up in the morning;  Few footsteps breez by, as the dust begins to cool;  The cafeteria starts cooking, and the band begins performing    At last it is time, for lessons to be unleashed; Pencil cases un-coil, and binders unfold;  As the teachers give knowledge, the students minds expand like yeast;  The youthful ones react, and copy what they're told    The class orders others, from classroom to lunch; Everyone exhausted, with their eyes set on the end of today's journey;  Every last ooze of wisdom gets squeezed through in a crunch;  But it's all too late, as all race to their individual tourney     This is the place where I enjoy to visit; Though when I graduate, I hope to never see it   

I AM POEM   NIMA DINI I am confident and greedy I wonder why success is a constant recurrence I hear the jealous remorse about their own wrong doings I see a destiny that is worth fulfilling I am confident and greedy I pretend to not understand I feel the presence of god I touch the abyss, but bounce out once i have my thoughts in order I worry not giving it 100 percent I cry about the incompetent, as i envy for their better future I am confident and greedy   I understand what others need I say that I’m the one I dream about a future, in which I’ve fulfilled my journey I try to be the centre, as it’s him who’ll finish the job  I hope to take every opportunity  I am confident and greedy     

  PAINTING POEM  Nima Dini  The birds go yin and yang,  Through winter they slept in their kang,  With no hope to express,  In a state of nature’s mess, They rested until summer  A bright-lit, orange summer    Finally the summer had arrived,  After a vacation that left most derived,  The birds decided to leap out their nest,  and meet with the bug friends they see as their best,   An absence that made a good greeting A joyful, jolly-filled greeting     As the birds soared through the sky, the plants gave them a glance, They spread their leaves open, and invited them over for a dance,  The towering trees sang with the wind, in a harmony so delightful,   A tune so raw and strong, that many called it impactful,    So the days repeated in pleasance, until winter showed up again,  And the birds went into hibernation, hoping to see summer again     ...

Sutherland’s Vice Principal Paul “The Reaper” Ruben Involves Students To Contribute To His Worldwide Weapons Trafficking Effort According to recent reports, the vice principal of Sutherland Secondary High School, Paul “The Reaper'' Ruben, has been arrested and questioned for his involvement in a weapon trafficking scheme. Ruben was discovered to be transporting weapons from the coast of Vancouver all the way to Ukraine to support the war effort.    Last photo of "The Reaper" before the arrest.       Lead investigator on the case, Amadeus Sarge, believes that Ruben has been shipping weapons out of Sutherland Secondary for up to 9 months. These weapons range from handguns to assault rifles to anti-aircraft cannons. Ruben refuses to talk to authorities about how he came into possession of these weapons but investigators think it may have to do with his military background.
